Offline: I've heard that this is very unreliable as to whether it works. This is also an easily purchasable item if you're frequently doing lessons Monthly streak freeze: I guess this is a nice bonus, but I'm not someone that cares about my streak. In terms of features other than hearts + no ads: I got Duolingo Plus as a free trial for referring a friend, but I honestly wouldn't pay for it and generally didn't really get much use out of the Plus features.
If you're looking to pay for a language learning resource to get many benefits out of it you would be better looking elsewhere.Ī lot of the features that Duolingo Plus provides can be easily circumvented by using the desktop version either on an actual computer / laptop or your phone's browser. Duolingo Plus is really only beneficial for Duolingo, it's largely based around you spending money to support Duolingo and other users of Duolingo.
